FAQ

Is this medical advice?
No. This is a general wellness tool. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything and never suggests medication changes. Talk with your clinician.
Do I need a blood pressure cuff?
It helps, but it isn’t required to start the activity plan. If you buy one, choose a validated upper-arm cuff.
Which cuffs are validated?
See the US list at validatebp.org/devices. validatebp.org
Can I cancel?
No payment is collected today. When the Program launches it will be a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
What happens after 3 weeks?
You keep the free tools forever. The Program unlocks weeks 4–12. Joining the list reserves the founding price.

Hold Steady is a general wellness product for building activity habits and tracking your own numbers. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage any disease and does not provide medical advice or medication guidance. Talk to your clinician before starting a new activity program and before making any change to your care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
